As some of you may have inferred from my “Leap Into Fall Challenge” Goals Blog I have joined a Leap Into Fall Challenge! We’re about halfway through week 2 and so far it’s going great!!! I am finding the daily challenges super motivating and it is totally pushing me to do more than I normally would.

The first week I missed a few days but this week I’m all over it. The challenge has made me a lot more mindful about drinking water, and I’m feeling great. It has also made me mix up my Strength Training routine (which had been totally falling by the wayside, by the way) and push myself to do more cardio than I probably would (and to do it more consistently).

I have already lost 4 lbs so far and each day I see tiny improvements in my body fat percentage, hydration percentage and muscle percentage (according to my scale)! So I’m really excited to be seeing that progress.

Oh and my abs are killing me from the planks! But man, I’m proud of myself for doing them, haha.

    @BNLOY327 Yes, my understanding was one plank per day, and we hold it for the amount of time it says (increasing by a few seconds every few days). Though if that wasn't challenging enough I'm sure you would be welcome to do more!!
