I started the skinny plan yesterday

Today, I did a 30 minute elliptical workout for cardio according to the skinny plan!
For the healthy food I am supposed to eat:
Sugarcane juice

Also, for my october challenge, it's general workout day. So, I picked the "Throw pillow" workout which you can find at:

I realized that I am eating a lot of crap lately. I consumed around 350 mL of icecream yesterday and a big spoonful of mixed fruit jam. So, I think it will just write everything I eat which will at least make me guilty when I eat like a pig next time.

    Changing your habits isn't about making yourself feel guilty when you make a mistake. It's about forgiving the mistakes and learning from them so you can do better the next time. Making yourself guilty can lead to feeling like a failure and wanting to give up. We respond better to encouragement and positive emotions than we do to negative emotions and shaming. Find a way to forgive yourself for the mistakes you'll make (we all make mistakes and we all can choose to treat ourselves in moderation) so you can learn and do better the next time.
