New decisions for October

I started the skinny plan yesterday
Today, I did a 30 minute elliptical workout for cardio according to the skinny plan!

Also, for my october challenge, it's general workout day. So, I picked the "Throw pillow" workout which you can find at: backonpointe.tumblr.com/
I realized that I am eating a lot of crap lately. I consumed around 350 mL of icecream yesterday and a big spoonful of mixed fruit jam. So, I think it will just write everything I eat which will at least make me guilty when I eat like a pig next time.
