If you want results you can't just show up to the gym and expect them you have to work for them! Set goals to accomplish before you go in and achieve or go above them. I like to burn a set amount of calories in a set time and then I like to go and do the 30 minute circuit which is a total body workout using weights and steps. I love the arc trainer! That's my favorite cardio because it doesn't hurt your legs and you burn more calories than a treadmill... Starting next week I think I will strive for 15 minutes or 150 calories burned because I can usually burn about 10 calories a minute every time I go to the gym. Next day will be sometime on Saturday. Once a month I am going to sign up for the build your own workout with the trainers they provide to see if there is anything new I can do... Those are an hour long... don't forget your abs are made in the kitchen so eat wisely :)
