I have scheduled my exercise, but oft get involved elsewhere and miss the scheduled. Missing a train or plane is not good ... nor is missing my exercise.

My cell phone. It has an alarm feature that helps me stay on track with my goals.
What tools do you use to help you say on track>

    If I pretrack my exercise and have already got the points for it then I'm morally obligated to go do the exercise!! That's worked a couple times . . . when I'm trying to persuade myself I don't REALLY have to do it . . . when I "don't wanna" (and thanks for your comment on that blog!!)

    I'm with Sunshine; an old-fashioned portfolio notebook (4x6) where I write my daily "to do" list! Which reminds me, I should quit goofing off and go clean that bathroom!!!!!

    The scale - it makes me angry and pushes me to go to the gym even if I am dead tired!

    I actually have an old-fashioned to do list. It helps motivate me to keep going to check more things off!
