Yesterday was a pretty good day, all things considered. Even with some teen angst/drama, I got in my workouts, had a healthy dinner, got some reading done and was in bed by 10 (though I read until 10:30). Still need to work on getting in enough water.

I got us this morning and got my run in...remembered it was school picture day and that Miss A. should have a shower...oops. Luckily we had time and I was even able to do her hair. Will try to get a pic up tomorrow.

My run was really foggy this morning. It's weird to not be able to see even a block away. Especially on the stretches where there were streetlights out. It's intimidating and comforting at the same time. The fog seems to envelope you and you can't help but notice things you would normally miss like a squirrel darting through the fallen leaves. My boyfriend would be happy to know that I wore my reflective vest and carried my pepper spray.

I should do okay with my goals today, though dinner is still up in the air. Make it a great day!

Goals for Tomorrow:
~drink 64+ oz water
~10 minutes cardio +skinny jeans challenge (rest-ish day)
~set SP daily goals
~eat consciously and track
~In bed by 11

    What terrific morning mojo you've got going! I've allowed the chilly fog to keep me from cycling to work...and then I kick myself as I miss out on cycling home through our glorious afternoons!

Might push through this and cycle to work tomorrow.
