so as i have mentioned, i have kind of shaken up my eating routine, which was working really well last week (when i was doing it correctly). this week, however, i have gotten into this weird "must eat as much protein as possible! regardless of the calories!" which led me to eating 204 g of protein yesterday and 2000 calories. holy sh*t. not good.
today, i did some hardcore pre-planning, and am going to try to eat like more of a normal person!!!! (that means fruits and veggies and salmon, not just protein powder + protein bar + protein drink! [although those are factored into my day, too
anyway, walk planned for after work (playing hookie for class tonight!!!!!!!!) and healthy NORMAL meals planned all day haha...reeling it back in!!!!!!
