Well, October could be going better for me. I fell back into OLD habits yesterday, and once I ate another of those stupid muffins that are large, not that good, and 500 calories, I just blew off the day somewhat. I ate over 2,300 calories both the 1st and 2nd days in October. I really wanted to make this month perfect. But progress, not perfection, right?
Today I weighed in with trepidation. I am back down the half pound I gained, so I am back to 146.5! Yay! I am happy that my days off plan didn't set me back. I went to the doctor yesterday for my almost 6-week checkup. I am cleared to start back at work whenever and also start exercising.
Today I am going out to lunch with a friend. I am worried about what to eat. I am not sure, but I think they might have a grilled chicken salad or something I could get. It is a pizza and burger place.
Anyway, have a great rest of the week. I am going to finish the week strong!
