One of my teammates on the F.I.T. Females In Training team began a 21-day streak of at least 10 minutes of exercise. I joined her today and am inviting you to come along with me. I thrive on challenges and tend to get sluggish and lack-a-daisical when I don't have one. So let's do this!
Are you up for it! 21 days -- no excuses -- at least 10 minutes of some kind of exercise. If you've been doing more, then continue; just be sure to do it EVERY day.
