Annoying hiccup

I canít believe that my Spark re-start is already sabotaged by what appears to be some kind of bug which started yesterday. emoticon
Muscle and joint pains Ė at least I think itís both - making working out difficult Ė and Iím afraid that even now it doesnít take much to discourage me from work outs but I KNOW from the Spark Solution challenge that it makes all the difference. All I really want to do is sleep Ė and itís that sickly dozing that makes me feel a hundred times worse when I wake up. Still Ė itís nothing serious relative to my recent worries - only a bug that will pass. I just have to keep my eye on the ball for when it does. For now Iím doing very gentle sessions on the exercise bike and some stretches to keep the habit in place.

On the upside Iím not much interested in food. Soups and salads are more than enough Ė yup Ė soup for breakfast today because itís in the slow cooker and easy and comforting. Simple to top it up later with extra veggies too. Temptation doesnít even come into it right now. emoticon
