So today I have a a good day. My water is on track, I've had about an hour of fitness, including my strength training. I am actually LOW on calories. I'm a little hungry, so I'll probably have a snack before bed, tho I haven't decided what.
My husband has started tracking and working on Spark too, so it's been helping to have someone else to help. It reminds me of how much I want this, of how I felt when I started out. I can do this.
