FALL 5% Challenge

Since I'm all out of blog ideas, thought I would post my current commitment to the upcoming challenge which begins October 12 and lasts for 8 weeks!

NUTRITION GOALS:

-Stay around 1400 kcal Daily while getting min. req. of protein

-Log food and fitness daily on SP

-Measure portions out at each meal

-3 meals & 1-2snacks daily

FITNESS GOALS:

-Do 3X Challenge 3 days/week

-Zumba and/or bike 3 days/week (3X Challenge days)

-Walk, walk/run program 3 days/week

-1 REST day

-WI each week ONLY for challenges

-Take measurements monthly (tracked on Measurements page)

-10,000 steps EVERYDAY ***

-Do SAHM challenge each day

-Limit Alcohol intake

-practice self-control & will-power
