I have started a re-boot on my eating and exercising program. I sort of lost track of keeping on my weight loss track and need to get back on track so I continue to get healthy. After my health scare in January through April, I am now very focused on getting into great health so that I won't have future problems that will impede a life of healthy and happy retirement when I reach it.
