October Goals

1. Lose 2 pounds per week (10 pounds by the 31st)
2. say no to candy this month!
3. drink 8 cups of water a day
4. workout 2-3 times a week
5. no snacking after dinner
6. one portion meals especially dinner

Have a great October everyone! We can do it!
