I began this journey on January 2 of this past year at a whopping 225 pounds. I was miserable and lethargic, heavy and in denial. Since that day I have been plugging along with the daily use of SP with rewarding results. SP has provided the tools that allow me to be honest with myself in a safe and welcoming environment. Turns out that's what I needed!

Without further ado, here's my 9 month progress report:

JANUARY 2ND: OCTOBER 2ND:
225 lbs. 141.8 lbs.
Waist: 42" Waist: 29"
Hips: 50" Hips: 37.5"
Arms: 14" Arms: 11"
Thighs: 31" Thighs: 22.5"

I'm still finding my healthy, manageable weight, so the conclusion of this journey is yet to come. I am, however, loving the inches change. My body has really taken a liking to some of the newer workouts I've included - TRX and hot yoga.
