BLC week 2, time to gain momentum

Today's weigh in--159.4
total loss--1 lb
BLC goals--lose 20 lbs
--track my food consistently
--incorporate Strength Training into my workout routine
--get more sleep
This week I was happy with my loss, it's nice to see progress. Although in order to lose 20 lbs during BLC, I'll need to lose more than that each week. Still, It's a loss and I'll take it!
This last week was a bit challenging because I've been sick. I feel like one thing after another keeps hitting me which has been hard on my exercise regime. Although my appetite has been low, so that has probably helped. One thing I need to be careful of is making sure I get enough nutrition. Because I don't want to sabotage my loss by not getting enough calories.
This week my goals are--
--get as much rest as possible and get healthy
--exercise within reason at least 5 times a week at lesat 20 minutes.
--keep tracking my food
--drink at least 6 cups of water a day
--lose 1-2 lbs
