Today was my 4th day of running outdoors. Even if I do intervals of running and walking for about 15 mins, I've been enjoying it so much that today I decided to buy a heart rate monitor to get some guidance. I bought the Polar RCX3F RUN for women. I've never used anything similar before, but I feel it is going to keep me motivated.
October is here for good and I need to set new goals for this month.
Study for at least 7 hours every day. 1 hour for each subject I'm taking this semester. And hope it is going to be enough to keep my stress level under control.
Go for my walk/run along the lake for 15 mins (1 mile) every day.
Do 20 mins of kickboxing every day.
Start eating 1300 calories per day. I've noticed that 1300 is the magic number that works best for me.
Lose 8 Kg before I visit my family again next month.
I've had a minor set back these past 2 weeks but what is done is done. Feeling motivated!!
