I never posted my goals for September, but I did make them. I kept them simple because I knew I was in a struggling mode. I didn't do too well, but I am not giving up!
1. Workout 10 min/day~Well, I only worked out 17/30 days, so did not meet this goal. My fitness minutes for the month were 785.
2. Book Club Challenge~I have never not completed a challenge before and I could go back and fill in the final week + 2 days, but I did so poorly that it's not worth it. I checked in for the first 3 weeks, then fizzled out.
3. 8,000 steps/day~I achieved this 11/30 days, so still need to work on this one. 4 of those days were over 10,000 which is my ultimate goal. I got 5,000+ steps 6 days and forgot to wear my fitbit 3 days.
September wasn't the greatest month for me, but it shows me that my commitment (or lack thereof) affects my progress. I'm going to push harder for October and finish the year strong!
