Aside from the pounds lost through Spark People, I am noticing some increased energy, though having a bad cold now, that does not seem so obvious. One thing I am noticing is that I am not as miserable with my cold as I usually am. Typically I need a nap or 2, I often did not even dress. This cold, though, has lowered my energy level, certainly. It has caused me to cut way back on my fitness goals. BUT, I miss doing the fitness. That is a major difference for me! Also, in the past, I medicate myself to get through the symptoms, and this time, my body seems to be fighting the symptoms.

    emoticon I got a cold from my doctor after I had surgery on my foot(not the same doctor that did my foot) and I took vitamin C 3 times a day and it was gone in about a week and that amazed me since I usually end up in the hospital because they like to go into my lungs and give me pneumonia from getting them.
