calories and exercise day 16

calories yesterday: 1459
I was really sure I went over yesterday but didn't! Still it wasn't the healthiest day, only 4 servings of fruit and veggies, I had phad thai and spring rolls for lunch. Delicious but deep fried and ultimately I wish I had shared it with someone - I only ate a third of the serving of the phad thai, but couldn't resist eating both spring rolls...
But still - a far cry from times past where that would have led me down a 'eat what you want today, you've already blown it' path. I did not eat mindlessly after. And it paid off!
exercise yesterday: none! my legs were sooooo sore! from the run two days before. I decided it was a good day to take off. I probably should have taken a little recovery walk but it was so rainy out, I just gave myself the day.
Not sorry either, I am sneezing and sniffly today so it was probably a good call to take it easy.
