I want to make a difference in the amount of food I'm consuming. I'm feeling weak. I'm taking a moment. I'm here. If I'm here I'm not in the refrigerator. Right? I am getting things done. I'm drinking my water. 4 cups so far. Sometimes it feels like I'm going through withdrawals with the food. I had greek yogurt for breakfast. I will have lunch in 30 minutes. Broccoli with cottage cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers. Balsalmic vinegar and olive oil. More water. Coffee around one o'clock. I'm going to Zumba tonight. I put away 3 loads of laundry so far and changed the sheets. I put frozen turkey chili in the crock pot. I'm trying to be happy with me when I don't go to food. Baby steps.
