I hope you are enjoying your fall weather! For the most part, my September was about the same as my August. I am really trying to be more consistent with getting in some sort of workout. Some days it is only the upper lower body cycle and other days it is a walk along with that. My weight loss was not so consistent either. Iím down a total of 3 pounds. By the end of October, I want to be down 10 pounds. It is going to take some work on my part to make it happen. I have been making more of an effort since Oct. 1st. Also, I have been trying to do some push-ups each day. Sounds a little funny, I guess, but I am doing them on my desk. It is not so many right now, but I try to do at least 30. I want to get out and do more riding on my bicycle. I feel like itís not getting nearly enough use.
Goals for October:
1. Eat within my calorie range/PointsPlus range.
2. TRACK more consistently. I tend to track less at dinner and on the weekends.
3. Continue to focus on meal planning.
4. Workout 15 minutes or more per day, at least 5 days per week.
5. 5 minutes of meditation.
