40 lbs lost and gone forever

Wednesday, October 02, 2013

I could scream from the streets. I went to the doctor today, because I am starting a weight management class. I have lost 40 lbs from my heaviest. I have a lot to go, but 40 lbs that is almost a small child's weight amazing to look at it like that. I found out I have a lot of vitamin Defeiency problems and that is why it has been hard for me to lose weight.

I am so excited and proud, it has been a long road and I have lot more to go, but what a amazing first leap into being healthy.

Try picking up a 40# bag of water softener salt pellets once and you will realize exactly how much 40 pounds is! Congratulations on your progress and best of luck as you continue your journey to a healthier you!
