I mean to make this month count. But not doing so well on day 2. I ate my entire days calories for breakfast!! WTF?!
Stop, think, breathe, stop.
Very stressed, but can't make that an excuse.
Reading inspiring stories and posts.
Joined Anna's FB group for October.
Committing to 20 minutes of activity EVERY DAY.
Joined weekly pilates class at work.
Will build up strength and endurance.
Will create a spreadsheet to track what I need to do on a daily basis - 30 days to create a habit.
Need to see myself in a more objective way.
Need to be kind to myself.
Need to get organized - at work and at home.
Need to drink less coffee and wine.
Need to drink more water and tea.
Will take it day by day.
