Tuesday was an ad hoc rest day. I didn't bike in the morning because I had a 7:30 meeting. Then I went to bed at 7:30 in the evening! I was up at 4 am today though...and pedaling.
The worse thing I ate yesterday was frozen mac & cheese for dinner. I also had roasted acorn squash and Hillshire chicken sausage. I'll continue to plan dinner better. Breakfast and lunch were good though: oatmeal and raisins; quinoa, chicken, strawberries, and cottage cheese.
