Today I weigh 319.2. I fluctuate a lot so whatever.
I tracked calories yesterday and consumed in the 2000 calorie range. I honestly didn't realize I was sucking down so much calorie. Plus, when I eat no carb/low carb I don't have to worry about much else. But being broke and a bad cook, I've been getting stupid about carbs and let them back in my life.
I have to get over my cooking fear.
I have to make myself cook and plan, both for my health and my budget.
I have to figure out a schedule so I'm not dead tired when I exercise.
I also need to say goodbye to soda.
