I've fallen into the trap of not walking or doing any exercise these last few days. I use the excuse of painting and cleaning up as my exercise and it's not cutting it. This month of October I will emphasize getting in at least 15 mins a day of some form of exercise between walking, aerobic or strength training videos, biking, or trying zumba (seems difficult).
Later this same day - - -
I walked (to doctor's).
14 mins to arrive - stopped at bench once.
then 12 minutes return trip without stopping ( but stopped without sitting twice to go up the hill in the park)
It was slow going and legs are weak, but I'm satisfied as I went 12 mins w/o stopping!
