Gained 200 grams
Ate too much and moved too little.
I did get my licence on Friday, so that was awesome. And it was more awesome that I didn't celebrate by eating takeaways or junk food.
This week I want to do 30 minutes on my stair stepper each day, and eat fruit or vegetables with every meal or snack. Maybe do a few exercise videos.
