Love my doctor!

Wednesday, October 02, 2013

My doctor called this morning and told me that my bloodtests had showed that I am a little high on cholesterol as well as on the "bad" LDL. I could not find the notes from spring where company nurse made those tests but I remember that the cholesterol was a little high then also.

My doctor asked me if I wanted to work with it myself first, he will see me in january and then we can take those tests again and if nothing has happened he might put me on medication.

I am really happy that he trusts me with the ability of changing it without medication, it is a great motivator! Ti me it is fantastic to meet a doctor that I feel safe with and he makes me think that he really cares about my well-being.

Meddy you are well on your way with the changes you've made with diet and exercise already! Keep it up. You can do it!

Good luck!! I am hoping that all it will take are the proper amounts of healthy diet and exercise for you to get back to where you need to be. Good luck!

Use your food tracker to keep an eye on your intake of cholesterol. Watching you fats are not enough. Cut back on red meat and shell fish. Stay away from fried foods from the restaurant. Use Red Yeast Rice two a day and cinnamon two capsules a day for cholesterol.
