So, I fell off the wagon a little bit. Not alot though, so it is alright. I still managed to go from 195.4 to 193.8 lbs this week. I swear I was lower on Friday, but then I went to my mom's on Saturday and thought 'huge 12 oz steak' was the perfect diet food. Then I went to the movies on Sunday and bought popcorn. Oh well.
Today is day 1 of week 2, we shall see how it goes.
I can't believe it is already 2 weeks on this program. Time is flying by so quickly.
I need to start exercising more often. I'm lax on the exercise.
