My goals for this challenge:
1. Lose 1 pound per week (12 pounds by end of 12 week challenge).
2. Drink at least 4 cups of water daily.
3. Track my nutrition and at least 5 days per week be between 1500-2000 calories.
4. Walk 15 minutes 4 days per week.
5. Read 15 minutes per day.
6. Memorize Awana verses (book 4) weekly (at least 2 sections
Reward - I want to look into getting a fitbit if I meet my weight loss goals. A huge reward to me will be getting down approx 30 pounds and getting to wear my wedding rings again...
