Okay, it's October. I stopped the gym membership last week which is why I have not been doing my usual workouts with the treadmill and weight training. Instead, I've just counted the minutes I walk outside as part of my fitness minutes.
I've decided to join some new spark teams: 100+ pounds to lose, Stress Busters.
I've joined the last quarter challenge (starting today) for the 100+ pounds to lose team. I'm aiming to lose 25 pounds by December 31, 2013 which will leave me at 205 pounds.
I'm kinda confused about my scale. It says that I've gained a few, lost a few, gained a few back, etc. but I am within a small range of my original 15 pound weight loss. I keep looking at my tummy in the mirror and it looks a bit flatter. I know I lost weight in my chest area and my back, so I'm not going to go 100% with the scale.
I am back to eating raw Romaine/grape tomatoes/pineapple, but I do still eat desserts and sweets.
Working on that! LOL. Just love my chocolate!
Okay. I'll just do some walking and probably add some crunches during these 3 months. I'm not going to overdo it. I'm taking my fellow sparkfriends advice and take it easy yet just do enough where I am comfortable and consistent.
Walking I can definitely do.
