Work has been really stressful and it isn't going to let up until November! We have an overload of new hires and our auditing workload has increased. I was feeling great till about noon when I started feeling really sick, tired and dizzy. I'm not sure if it's my stress, allergies, anxiety or other health issues but my body basically told me "You need a rest". So I'm not going to fight it. I'm taking a rest day today and possible tomorrow. I've learned to pick my battles when it comes to my body. Sometimes its good to fight back and other times its good to listen to it. Kinda like marriage. LOL!
How do you know when it's a good time to take a rest day?
Rest is part of the programme. I know last week or was it week before last (time flies) I was really busy at work and then exercising in the morning - I was literally sleep running. I was developing some strange symptoms. Things are returning to normal and I don't have those symptoms but I did get some good rest on the weekend. 965 days ago
