I mentioned doing a challenge in my last entry. That challenge is the Fall Fitness Challenge (I really don't know why I didn't just say that before, but oh well lol). Basically we're to post about our goals for the challenge.
The truth is I'm still having a rough time making any goals that go further than a day, but I've come up with a couple:
1: Find a way to make more than one day goals. I mean develop an actual game plan. Before October 31st (better yet, October 27th, my birthday!) I want to have a game plan to follow because it's like they say, "failing to plan is planning to fail."
2: Get in the habit of daily fitness. So far I've done a good job of keeping my streak if not just to keep getting points for the challenge. Motivation is motivation, right? I'd like that motivation to be "because I want to take care of myself" eventually though.
3: At least start eating healthier. I eat a lot of junk. If I keep that up then all the exercise I'm doing isn't going to mean anything.
4: Develop some self tolerance. I've kind of slid back into my old self hating habits. It's got to stop because I won't take care of someone I hate.
So... that's all I can come up with. I guess my goals have more to do with the mind than the body, but I'm not going to be able to change anything else about myself until I can change my mind and quit being negative toward myself.
