Wow, another month is gone! I been using my fit bit. So far, according to my fit bit, I am on track. One thing I noticed is that it adjusts my calorie intake based on activity. Like today, allowed only 750 calories. I have not exceeded it either. Being sick is making it hard to do much of anything. I eyes have been playing havoc. I go for labs tomorrow morning.

I was like over yesterday on calories so I stepped until I got it to be burned and fit bit happy. Just maybe this tool will help the weight come off of me. It is very frustrating. Hard to be perfect, but I am trying. I got a tablet too, it was really nice and gave it to step daughter for school and got myself an even nicer tablet. Well, took bite of hubby's grilled chicken and a tsp of his mash potatoes...I was gagging down the smoothie and decided to do bite because crave the salt.

I am off to bed for tomorrows long day!

    emoticon I love my Fitbit but I never don't go too much with their calorie count. It is always low for me,too.

    I am going to join in the chorus that 750 seems too low. I use a FitBit and mine has never gone that low, no matter how much I sit around.

    I am hearing more and more about these fitbits. I want to find out more about them. I am going to look at the Spark Monitor. It looks really interesting & says that it is waterproof. I wonder if it can be used in the pool. Good job my friend. Keep up the good work. I worry about your 750 calorie intake those my friend. You need more calories. No one should go under 1200.

    Great job getting those extra steps in! I just got a fit bit a couple of weeks ago. I'm really liking it. It does help keep you motivated. Good luck with your labs this week!
