Brand new month.
First full months of fitness, so no more excuses of 'well I've only been doing this for part of the month, so I can't expect too much...'
NO!! I expect a lot! Of myself, of my will, of life in general.
I am going to own October!
Started out right with water, and 6 servings of fruits and veggies!!!! WHAT?!?! Oh yah...
