Doing more research to figure out what foods I need to buy so I can keep on track. I helped a friend with her computer for 4 hours. And we were catching up ~ she is eating Paleo/Primal too! She started in August. We talked about having one cheat day a week.
Basically I am still learning what food choices I need to make and try to figure out which foods will give me the protein I need daily and have lowest carbs and keep the fat intake in proper ratios.
Ordered Coconut Oil last night so I can cook my food. Hope to find a julienne slicer locally so I can make vegetable noodles. Next step is to sort my kitchen cabinets out.
So I am pretty excited that I the changes I am making are doable!!! 3 more days and I take measurements again!
