Where did September go? I just pulled up my blog from August to see where I am in this journey.
Things that I was working on in September and will continue with in October:
Dining out. Much better this month. I didn't keep an exact tally but I know that we went out about half the number of times as in August.
Eliminating diet pepsi. About the same on this one.
Planning meals. This is about 50-50. I think I had a complete plan for 2 of the weeks and a partial for the rest. I find that it causes less stress when you know what you are making for the week and can prep some of it ahead of time.
Cook more interesting low carb meals. I have kind of gotten away from the low/high carb thing and am back to my regular healthy eating. I will keep an eye on the carbs but just not to the same degree as before.
Weight-wise. I am holding. I am at the lowest that I have been in 20 years and feel sooooo strong now.
I will continue working at this journey to be stronger and healthier in October!
