(I think I have been having way too big of a breakfast smoothie!)
This has measurements and it serves 2.


Blue Breakfast Smoothie

Serves: 2
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

3 ounces baby spinach
3 ounces romaine lettuce
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup soy, hemp or almond milk
2 tablespoons ground flax or chia seeds



Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
