Greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries and seeds

On a CD I heard Dr. Fuhrman say that list of foods really fast. I was impressed.

For short: G-BOMBS

These are the foods he says are best for preventing disease like cancer and diabetes, etc.

He even thinks eating this way can reverse disease. He does not believe we should expect to be debilitated in our last years. He thinks eating his way will actually keep us from having heart disease, blocked arteries, arthritis, and cancer, etc.

I like the idea of not expecting to be debilitated in my last years. I want them to be my "golden years". I'm glad there's a way to make that happen!!! emoticon

Good info to have. Love it all except the mushrooms, just don't care for them. But I can eat them anyway, LOL. Thanks for posting.
