Since I'm carb cycling, I'm supposed to eat every three hours. I decided to figure out what I could do to make that work. So I got food ready the night before for breakfast, set my alarm earlier, and when I got up I got eating that breakfast. Then, since I'm up so early, I started preparing my next two meals for while I'd be at work. I used my nutri-bullet to make protein veggie shakes for those, and it worked out well getting them at the three hour intervals I needed to. Yay, success!
