My husband is doing a Biggest Loser challenge at work and so I am assisting by changing my eating habits. I'm going back to the basics of putting my food into Sparkpeople, counting calories. I'm trying to watch my sodium and fat the most, but just really trying to eat a balanced diet with not alot of calories.
I go back to the orthopedist on Thursday for my recheck. I really want this boot off! I do feel a lot better, so that may happen. We'll see. I have been riding the exercise bike 3 times a week, and depending on what the doctor says, may start walking 2 days. Either way, I plan on increasing my workout to 5 days a week. So far I haven't really lost anything, and not much inch wise, but I'm hoping that it comes soon!
