I'm not quite sure what or how it happened, but something just sort of clicked for me this week. I feel like I didn't really do this consciously but I stopped drinking soda and eating sweets. I'm not over eating, and I'm making most of my meals at home. I know some people say it's a bad idea, but I've been tracking my weight everyday and I have either maintained or lost every day. And more often than not, I lost. On top of that, my sleep is getting a little better. I'm still exhausted throughout the day, but not quite as much as usual. I'm thinking it may be these iron vitamins my doctor put me on a week ago. I really didn't expect to start feeling anything for at least a couple weeks. Hmmm, placebo? Who cares! Whatever it is, it's working :)

I'm going to try my first good life class today; CXWORXS. My mom says it's one of her favorites so I thought I would try it. It's all working out your core and bum, the two areas I want to work out the most. If it goes well, I'm going to try to yoga class Monday night. Wish me luck!
