Hello October, you're looking fine! My favorite time of the year with the colors changing and the temps decreasing. It started out great this morning with a 4.3 mile walk through some forested areas. It took about an hour and 40 minutes total. Kind of slow, but I'm fighting a couple of foot injuries and didn't want to test them too much. So into the tracker with the exercise and out popped 800+ calorie expenditure for my weight. In response, the food tracker allowed another 500++ calories to be eaten today.
Hm, not so sure I believe that 800 calories were actually used, so I'm iffy on the number of calories I can eat--however, I can use my baseline calories and will go from there. I'm finding the new way of tracking a bit nerve wracking. In my intro I explained that I was on SP a couple of years ago and there wasn't the change in calories for exercise. I like it, just not used to it yet.
A new month, a new chance to treat myself right...looking forward to being on SP and grabbing all I can to get to get healthier ;-)!
