This will be my fourth time participating in the 5% Challenge. And this will be my first time seeing it through to the end.
I will be following the #fitfood and #skinnyjeans spark challenges for my nutrition and exercise guidelines and inspiration.
Minimum of 3 days of exercise.
Minimum of 6 glasses of water each day.
Stay within my ranges.
My main goal will be to complete the challenge, losing 5% will be an added bonus. Commitment first, results second.
