little things add up

Spark coach challenged me to double my stairs today. Every time I need to go up a flight of stairs, when I get to the top, turn around, go back down and start over. One of the extra readings was about ways to add extra exercise to all of the housework I do.
Yesterday I had a consult with the sleep study clinic. Thursday I get to go sleep connected to lot's of wires. Hopefully they will be able to help me. Should be interesting.
Last night I was very close to having all of the lights lit up on my spark people tracker. So, I got up and walked on the commercials while my husband and I were watching a show on tv. About the third set of commercials, I returned to the room to find my husband stepping in place! Yeah! I can be a good role model.
