today I tried to be focused and made sure I measured my portions, undertook some exercise, but working from home bought many temptations, I had some potato chips (crisps) which were calling me, yes they were. I looked at them several times and tried to ignore them. I drank another litre of water, still not feeling content, I decided that I was going to eat them, but of course I first had to track them, and that is when the realisation of seeing how many calories this little packet contained that my mouth fell open. Then I decided to opt for an apple with some peanut butter as I had read suggestions for snacks on one of the Sparkpeople articles. I am so surprised how delicious and filling it is. Job done I feel fine and not guilty, which I would have been if I had eaten the crisps!
