How would I know what overweight was if weight didn't exist? Now that is a question for deep thought! And since weight does exist we can only imagine what we would be/feel/act like!
Since I do know what weight is but yet have the ability to determine what would make me feel the best inside my own body I would have to say:
1. bending over to tie my shoes......not bringing my foot to my lap to tie them!
2. playing and running free.....without getting breathless or feeling like someone beat me when I wake up the next day!
3.being able to have my cake and eat it too.............without wondering why did I do that? (I usually ask myself that and then move on...I don't dwell!)
4. Joining my kids and grand-kids in day to day activities without feeling like I have to push myself to succeed...........just automatically do!!
5. Being able to get down on the ground............and get back up without the use of a chair or helping hand.
I am sure there is more but just this little bit seems overwhelming! And how the h-e-double toothpicks did I get this way????
