Pick a vidio every day ( must break this plateau )

Hey Spark buddies; im kinda frustrated ,for the month of September I done real well on my calorie intake , I got in several water arobic workouts and I got in 10, 000 steps or more almost everyday. I weighed in today and have lost nothing in a whole 5 weeks ! Im so discouraged :( emoticon
So I've made it a new fast break challenge to pick a workout vidio to do each day in October , at least 15 min. or longer , I hope this will give my plateau a kick in the butt ! I also have read that bumping up my calorie intake a day or two a week may help (sounds to good to be true ) has anyone tryed this approach ? Would love any advice on breaking this stand still . I also need to measure for this month as well , last month I did lose inches along with a couple pounds , so it wasnt as discouraging.
Well im off to find the tape measure , wish me luck.

    Great plan. I love the SP workouts. A few times when I hit a plateau, I did a 10-min SP video before work, a brisk walk or two around the grounds at work on breaks and then at least a 10-min SP video (if not more) in the evening.

Spreading out bursts of activity throughout the day really helps me to keep the metabolism going all day. I like to let my body do most of the work for me.

    I hate when that happens but when it happens to me I usually know why....its the few chips I stole from the bag and didnt put on my menu. or the bite of someone elses pizza I didnt write down....the candy bar I ate thinking I would walk it off later and no one would know....honestly unless I follow my calories to the T then I end up not losing for the week! I went and bought a scale so I could measure in grams....it turns out you get a bit more weighing than using a measuring cup! I have some menus I would be glad to share if you want my caloric range is 1200-1550 and I try to keep as close to 1200 as poss! anyway good luck and keep your chin up!
