Hey Spark buddies; im kinda frustrated ,for the month of September I done real well on my calorie intake , I got in several water arobic workouts and I got in 10, 000 steps or more almost everyday. I weighed in today and have lost nothing in a whole 5 weeks ! Im so discouraged :(
So I've made it a new fast break challenge to pick a workout vidio to do each day in October , at least 15 min. or longer , I hope this will give my plateau a kick in the butt ! I also have read that bumping up my calorie intake a day or two a week may help (sounds to good to be true ) has anyone tryed this approach ? Would love any advice on breaking this stand still . I also need to measure for this month as well , last month I did lose inches along with a couple pounds , so it wasnt as discouraging.
Well im off to find the tape measure , wish me luck.
