Since it's a new month and I have specific goals for this month, I have added a challenge that will help keep me accountable. I joined SP's Countdown to skinny jeans challenge (
) I find these quick 30 day challenges really give me a quick boost and the daily check in is exactly what I need to make sure I get here every day. I'll be following this in addition to my normal workouts. I anticipate my workout schedule for October to look something like this:
Mon-kickboxing and/or 30 day shred
Tues-3-4 mile run
Weds-kickboxing and/or 30 DS
Thurs 3-4 mile run
Fri-rest (except for challenge)
Sat-run with dog (and kids)
Sun-long run

I'd really like to be down 8-10 pounds by Halloween, so I'm going to have to really start watching what I put in my mouth. I did track yesterday, though my eating was a bit off. I need to get to the farmer's market and get some produce. I've definitely been lacking in that area.

Goals for Tomorrow:
~drink 64+ oz water
~30 mintes cardio or circuit training
~set SP daily goals
~eat conciously and track
~In bed by 10
