They say the definition of crazy is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. I am giving up on "crazy" and starting a new way of thinking. After reading many Spark blogs and success stories I noticed they all had one thing in common. Once they became consistent with exercise and tracking they success followed.
I am great for giving advice and being able to motivate people but some how it never translates to my own life. I read a blog last night where the person said she was afraid of success and that she read all kinds of articles and blogs on health, diet, fitness, wellness, etc. but she never did anything with the information because she was afraid of succeeding. That was my "aha" moment.
So today it begins, Consistency with exercise be it 10, 20, or 30 minutes it will be everyday.
